8-Limitation of Liability
Figrative Digital shall not be held liable for:

9- Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or data loss caused by these platforms or external integrations.
10- Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:
- Clients may terminate their service with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Figrative Digital may terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical behaviour.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.
11- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
